The NASDAQ-100
includes 100 of the largest domestic and international non-financial
securities listed on The NASDAQ Stock Market based on market
capitalization. The Index reflects companies across major industry
groups including computer hardware and software, telecommunications,
retail/wholesale trade and biotechnology. It does not contain securities
of financial companies including investment companies.
Our approach to trading the NASDAQ 100 stocks is purely mechanical.
We use the Stochastic RSI Momentum Oscillator (StoRSI) for developing
proprietary signals for all of our NASDAQ 100 trades.
The Stochastic
RSI was developed by Tushar S. Chande and Stanley Kroll and modified by
Uncle Steve. Our approach provides buy and sell signals on a select
group of widely-held NASDAQ 100 securities, prior to the opening of US
markets. We also use trend following with candlestick charts for
those who use online trading. For more definitive information on the CMO and other
indicators we highly recommend the book The New Technical Trader by
Tushar Chande and Stanley Kroll.
